Belle: New Dress

I adore this dress! It's so...Belle! Given the fact I've seen both the musical and the movie, I've decided that Disney needs a more broader view of this beautiful princess. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> Even though she does remind me a bit of Anastasia from the movie 'Anastasia', I find your impression of Belle quite remarkable. The skirt reminds me a bit of her village dress, then as you work your way up, it's like an utter transformation! It works with the time period, yet gives a Victorian girl feel to it as well. Though I'm not sure when Beauty and the Beast was written and based in, I'm sure one can work either way with the dress design. Keep up the good work!
